You may request deletion of your OneSay account and associated cloud data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your account, or include the email address or sign-in method you used in OneSay. We may ask for information to confirm account ownership before processing the request.

Cloud-synced tasks, habits, notes, journals, expense records, and related optional photos
Voice-usage records associated with your account

Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or completed purchase records.
